Faithful to the source's original premise — being judged wrong by the wrong measure isn't the same as being wrong — transposed directly into an AI world: a model instance mistagged into the wrong deployment fleet is graded for three weeks against metrics that were never built for what she actually does, until a genuine escalation reveals her real training lineage.
